These terms govern your participation in Acaventure's offline events, conferences, and academic programs.
01. Event Registration
Registration for Acaventure events is completed through our website or authorized partners. By registering, you confirm that:
- All provided information is accurate and pertains to the attendee.
- You meet the age or academic eligibility criteria for the specific event.
- You have secured any necessary permissions (e.g., from your college or guardian) to attend an offline event.
02. Offline Conduct & Safety
Acaventure takes the safety and professional atmosphere of its offline events seriously. Attendees must:
- Adhere to the dress code specified for the event.
- Respect the rules and regulations of the third-party venues (hotels, campuses, etc.) where events are hosted.
- Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Follow all instructions provided by the Acaventure organizing team on-site.
Acaventure reserves the right to remove any attendee from the venue without a refund for violating these conduct standards.
03. Media & Photography Consent
By attending our offline events, you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may occur. You grant Acaventure the right to use your image and voice in promotional materials, social media, and website content without further notice or compensation. If you have specific privacy concerns regarding media, please inform the registration desk upon arrival.
04. Ticketing & Refunds
Due to the logistical costs associated with hosting premium offline events:
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- In the event of a cancellation by Acaventure, attendees will be offered a full refund or credit for a future event.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the Acaventure team in writing at least 48 hours before the event.
05. Liability & Insurance
Acaventure facilitates the event but is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring at the event venue. Attendees are encouraged to have their own health and personal property insurance. Any disputes with the venue or third-party vendors must be handled directly with them.
06. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the event (handouts, digital resources, presentations) are the intellectual property of Acaventure or the respective speakers. These materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
07. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your participation in an Acaventure event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the event is hosted or the city of our corporate headquarters.
